I am a Year 3 Graduate Entry Medicine student at University College Cork. I previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and a Master’s degree in Cardiovascular Physiology at the University of Toronto. I am interested in pursuing a surgical career, with a passion for women’s health and education, and hope to integrate research throughout my career to help improve outcomes and access in this area.
I joined Incision Ireland because of its focus on surgical education and accessibility, and I’m excited to contribute to research initiatives in Global surgery

Limerick Lead

I am a second-year Graduate Entry Medicine student at the University of Limerick (UL). Before medicine, I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences with focuses in chemistry and human anatomy, as well as an accelerated Bachelor of Nursing degree. Originally from Toronto, Canada, my experiences in nursing, studying the social determinants of health, and working in clinical environments in Ireland sparked my interest in improving access to equitable surgical care.

I joined Incision because I have seen firsthand how barriers to timely surgical care and post-operative support can affect patient outcomes. Through the organization, I hope to contribute to initiatives in Global Surgery and promote greater awareness of healthcare challenges beyond high-resource settings. Outside of medicine, I enjoy weightlifting and competing in CrossFit competitions.
